Home / Introduction
Villa Santana was designed and built by Dick and Nan Buckley in 1976.
They chose this, then remote, part of Spain for the marvellous views of mountains and sea and for the peaceful environment and decided to buy some land and build a holiday home for their large family. Since then the house has been enjoyed by two generations of Buckleys and their friends. The house has also often welcomed paying guests.
Although Mijas and the surrounding areas have undergone many changes over these 3 decades the house and land itself remains very similar to what Dick and Nan originally conceived… set amongst olive and fig trees the house offers many different areas for families or small groups to enjoy the climate, the pool, the BBqs with a sensation of space and freedom.
Have a look around the house and the gardens on the web and contact me if you'd like to spend some time here.
